FOR HIKIDS ABOUT MOONFLOWERS ENDO SURGERY ON THE 4TH

Hey hikids, i had to change my user name because i forgot my password.
I had the surgery on the 4th, went in not nervous at all because i had a really bad period with so much pain. I threw up on the way to the hospital and had a hard time walking by the time i got there. so couldn't wait for them to take the endo out. The op took 3 hours in stead of the estimated 1 1/2 hr, the dr said it was way worse than he thought. On a scale of 1 to 5 it was a 5. The endo has destroyed one of my fallopian tubes and had completely covered my ovaries. So i have to heal for 6 weeks then go onto fertilty drugs for 2 cycles, if i'm not pregnant within the 2 cycles then i have to do ivf. Today i feel pretty good, but was told to take it easy for a week. Keep my updated on how you are and i will do the same.

I am very sorry to hear that the endo got so bad, but on a good note the surgery is done and you have a definite diagnosis.  And are on your way to a recovery.  I wish you a quick and successful recovery.  I will be thinking about you and hope that the fertiity drugs work miracles for you.  Just don't give up, you hear miricle stories all of the time.  My step sister tried to get pregnant for years and years; naturaly, with drugs, invitro, etc.  The doctors finally told her she was unable to carry a child,  her and her husband found a serocate and the serogate became pregnant with their child, (100% biologically my step sisters and her husbands) 2 months later she was pregnant.  She carried her baby full term, (actually 2 weeks late and they induced labor).  So she is now the proud mother of 2 boys, 3 months apart.  My point is, you never know.  I hope you are feeling better and please keep me updated.

It is very insensitive of you to say adopt.  Grow up.  I admire anyone that adopts and gives a child the life they may not have gotten otherwise, but when someone discusses trying to conceive and any difficulty that comes with that it is cruel and mean to say ADOPT, as if yelling.  Rude rude rude.  Shame on you.
