Feeling Lazy and Sleepy Eye and Fatigue

I been having these problem for quite a while know. I always feel lazy and have this weird sleepy eye and fatigue problem. Then I would feel the blood rushing through my forehead.

I don't feel like doing anything in life.

What can cause this ?

My first thought was that it was neurological. Mainly cause of the sleepy eye and fatigue. I would see a doc.

Have you seen a doctor about any of this?  Sleepy eye, blood rushing - couldn't say. I think I'd want to be evaluated by a neurologist, and if they think so, get a sleep study. There are things that commonly make one tired, like diabetes, thyroid, anemia. And if one sleeps 8 hours and is still tired, if nothing else shows up, maybe a sleep disorder should be considered.

oh and I get about 8 hours of sleep every night still feel like ****
