I have had this myself in my younger years when I would drink. The alcohol passes through your organs and they have to work double time to filter the waste and alcohol, thus making you feel bad for awhile because of this process.
I say lay off drinking for a few weeks, but if you must drink, eat well before consuming, drink plenty of water or even Pedialyte to restore electrolytes after drinking. Little things like this help your body feel much better in time!
