Hard Painless Lump In My Mouth.

I had this lump on the side of my cheek for a while now, when I bite it, it feels hard it doesn't hurt at all and it's kind of gotten bigger over these past months, a little bit, though.

It's as big as the tip of my ring finger, it's a bit yellowish compared to the surrounding area of my mouth, I see little nerves I guess on it.

I think it's a cyst, but do I have to go to a doctor about it because now I'm pretty concerned.

Summary of Characteristics- Hard, Growing, Yellowish, and Painless, It's pretty hard there's like no wrinkles or loose tissue surrounding it.

No pain at all from it or discomfort? Experiencing dry mouth or "cotton mouth"? Does it feel to hard to 'pop' when biting it?
