Bacteria in urine sample

My 15 year old son's urine just came back positive with leukocytes.  The doctor believes he isn't cleaning himself properly (he's disabled) and wants to take another test.

Has anyone ever heard of this?

Leukocytes are white blood cells.  Few men wash before and after they pee.  Alot of times whatever their hands have been "into" before peeing get on the penis and into the body to cause problems. Have your son wash his hands before urinating as well as after, or if you are out of the house, have him take a package of flusable wet wipes or baby wipes (they don't have to be anti-bacterial) along to wash with. Handicapped people often have a lower immune system and this is one way to help lower the risk of infection.
