what do my pest chains mean???

i am writing on behalf of my step dad. about 6 months ago he began to get chest pains, sometimes more severe than others. since he has been in and out of the hospital being thrown around  from specialist to specialist but yet they still have no answers on exactly whats wrong with him. the chest pains started and gradually as time has gone on the symptoms have increased in the forms of, upper chest pain after eating (normally gets worse through eating) especially spicy foods and he cannot eat dairy at all, upper chest pain when bending over, pains that usually goes into his left shoulder and down his arm, dizziness, passing out, diarrhoea, weight loss, sick feeling. he has been for a mri to look at his gaul bladder, pancreas and bile ducts, and said there was some inflammation between the gaul bladder and pancreas which has now gone down, and from the mri they still have no idea what is wrong. the things the doctors have now looked at and ruled out are, gall stones, pancreatis, heart attack, angina, and still have no answers. can anybody help??
