Have I been misdiagnosed and mistreated?

34 year old male. Previously healthy, apart from frequent sore throats. Had root canal late last year.

Symptoms:
Since 6 months: constant dull left chest ache, intermittent central chest burning and blood in saliva, malaise, intermittent dry cough, palpitations, wheezing. Symptoms almost all disappear 3 months ago, but restarted last month.
Since last 1 week: swollen right side of throat, swollen gum above wisdom tooth, swollen hand in the morning
Also experienced complete voice shut down 6 months ago (could only croak/whisper for 3 days).

Being treated since last 3-4 months for fungal and NTM lung infection due to positive BAL culture and mold exposure in home. However suspect misdiagnosis due to atypical presentation, clear X-ray, clear blood work, and recurring symptoms. Chest CT revealed bilateral basal pleural and pleuripericardial adhesions, otherwise clear. Second opinion says to discontinue medication. Fully functional, going to office. Worried about new & recurring symptoms
