Head pains/ dizziness/ head rush- is it really just stress??

Hello

28 y/o male.  Non-smoker. u.k based.

Ive been under a big stress just lately which has now been cleared up- but i have been experiencing pains all over which my g.p puts down to stress.  I can almost her them saying 'oh no not you again'

Ive had a repeated stabbing pain and headache for about 4 weeks now.  This was followed by a pain in my left testicle, which has now moved to my lower abdomen and groin area- this started about 3 weeks ago- still there.  Doc done urine tests- all clear- after it got to a point where i could hardly stand g.p has decided to send me for a scan- whilst saying 'it probably just stress'

My headaches have eased slightly but have been replaced by bouts of dizziness and light headedness.  I constantly feel spaced out, and my legs feel really heavy from the knees down.  I also get real bad 'jerks' of dizziness where i feel like the room is going from underneath me- the same type of feeling you get if you miss a step or are on a boat.  this seems to originate from the back of my head+ i feel like im going to pass out.

My head does feel tight- right at the top in the middle.

Had some bloods taken today- results next week
Blood pressure is very good.

Doctor keeps saying stress+ that my b.p is good.

*If there was anything more sinister going on would my b.p be different.

*Should i stop stressing out+ making myself worse?

*Any suggestion or advice gratefully received.

Thank you

STRESS, is one very common problems of many people, may it be to family, money, stability, relatiopnship, etc..
stress can indeed cause headaches, muscle cramps, or others, as such.. i had experienced it too before.. but eversince i'd manage how to deal with it in a brighter perspective, i had, somehow, escaped its trap..

try not to stress yourself out, stress or too much stres can make you look older than your age... its too heavy for you mind to control.. not only will it affect you body, it will affect you in general.  take life greatfully, enjoy every little things. unreached goals and dreams doesn't have to be that painful for us... rather we must just be happy that we can wake each day seeing things God wants us still to see...

god bless

yes stress can cause problems but continuas headaches are more often not than not a sign that something else is wrong. if they have not disappeared soon i would insist on more test dont let them tell you it is just stress because not knowing what it is can add more stress.  good luck

I have had a real bad head bashing were i had blood on the brain and my brain had swelled to the skull. multiple facial fractures and had to have my temples put back together.  I have since then been road down with severe head aches to the point where l can't feel anything but the pain. a lot of the time it feels like there is a great deal of pressure inside my head and sometimes it is just like a band of hurt around my head starting at my temples.  i have kept a feeling of being dizzy or light headed, but it has gotten to the point now were it feels like some one is tugging my conscious, kinda like falling, from the back of my neck. i have passed out with it a few times. the pain that comes from neck is now in my right shoulder and it feels like it is dislocated or just week. i have been to the emergency room twice and a doc a few times with it and they all tell me that it is vertigo.  i don't mean to say there rong but i feel like they are. what do you think?

Shang1308,

People may tell it is JUST stress, but the truth is that stress can bring on many other problems. Stress increases the acidity in your body and the build up of toxins while weakening your immune system thus making you more susceptible to diseases and other problems. Dont let them tell you it is just stress. Stay healthy and keep your body posture and position open to circulate oxygen, concentrate on your breathing, and after 10-15 minutes try to discover what you think is wrong. We can connect greatly with our body when we open up. Atleast then you will be able to tell the doctor more specifically what is wrong. DONT ignore it.

Also try getting tested for mono specifically, I had exactly what you have (except for the testicle pain) and it was mono (like permananent ache in the muscles right?)....but again these are all just made up words to describe general symptoms. The truth is how you feel, not what the textbook says about it.

Hi there,
I have had head pains and dizziness on and off for about 2 years now.
I have had all test done, CT, Blood test and i have seen a neurologist.
They all put it down to anxiety.
I am not convinced?
I suffer from dizziness the most and this comes with tiredness and head pains.
I have also suffered from nose bleeds alot recently and have been worried about this?

Can anyone help?
