Headache and unknown symptoms after lifting heavy weight

I am a 31-year-old woman, and I do excersise and go to the gym, 20 days ago, I lifted a 27 or 35 kg dumbbell for the first time to move and moved it a few steps, and immediately after that I felt dizzy and had a headache, I rested for a while. But for a week I had neck pain and headache and I felt that my vision was being affected, not that I had double vision or blurred vision, but it was as if my vision was darkened, the headache I had mostly started from behind my head. And it was around my temples, after a few days I got better but since the last 20 days I have become a bit aggressive and angry, however for about two days I have had headaches again and the same symptoms. I am very worried that I may not have a brain problem. Can I conclude what it could be?
Of course, it should be mentioned that I had a feeling of dark vision several times last year and before without any reason, but after a few days it resolved by itself. Also, I had gone to the Optometrist, he examined my eye pressure and optic nerve and found no problem. Also recently i do examined my blood pressure that was normal, echocardiography and ECG were normal, I did blood tests such as cbc, crp, esr, etc., they were all normal.
