Headaches

I work in a gynocology office in an older building where the lighting isn't the best. Since I have started working there, I get headaches after lunch time. Doesn't seem to be connected to any particular food, or if lunch is at noon or 3. I wondered if it was just the lighting? or if maybe something else could be going on. I am a healthy woman not taking any medications or suppliments. Any thoughts on even if I should be concerned?

Flourescent lighting is ocasionally associated with headaches (and sometimes seizures), especially when the ballast is old and they flicker. There is an genetic sensitivity involved.

i dont think the problem is with the food... some times the light has effects in the nerves and that might cause headache... try to change your work place.. if dose'nt work then refer a doctor...
