Heart Problem? Autonomic system problem? feeling faint, short of breath

I am 20 have been feeling bad for almost a month now. Started feeling lethargy with sore throat and some headache. Then noticed heart palpitations and skipped heartbeats. Saw cardiologist and ER visit. Most tests negative including an Echo and ECG other than PVC's and PAC's. They noticed my heart rate would change greatly when standing vs lying down i.e. like 68 to 110 in the ER when they tested that. Discharged and started feeling tremors in arms and legs and aches in lower legs. This has become more pronounced lately with also on and off non specific chest pains. Whenever I attempt to exercise it seems like my heart races and is irregular and I feel faint. Started to feel better but now worse again as I feel like I have to gasp for air sometimes. Have on and off headaches in front and notice a buzzing or internal fluttering or tremor in chest area like near heart area. Also have had really cold hands and feet sometimes but also i.e. while in shower noticed palms almost looked blue as my blue veins became very pronounced in arms and hands. Never feel totally good just very lethargic and weak I feel as though I am having something similar to heart failure or something from a virus like an autonomic disfunction due to some sort of autoimmune response. Like I said earlier heart rate seems really inconsistent. They also noticed my standing bp is decent amount lower than it is when sitting. I just want to feel better and know whats going on.

Sounds like you might have a mineral deficiency.  Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium or Copper.  Doctors don't always check for this.  Try taking some supplements or eating more fruit, especially bananas and apricots. Magnesium is very important to the heart as is Potassium (both in bananas)
You could also have Raynaud's syndrome in your hands and feet.  Try to stay warm - it's a circulation condition.
