Undiagnosed skin rash in perianal region

I am 54 and have had a perianal, non itchy, but red hot rash in the crease forward of my anus.  I was living in Europe when I began having the issue and eventually moved to the US in 1991 and worked with two dermatologists that ran every test under the sun from AIDS, STD, Fungal infection, had a punch biopsy when it started down both inner legs.  I tried light therapy, every cream, ointment, compound cream and everything that was thrown at me including anti fungul drugs and creams, steroids etc.  All of them failed to rid me of the issue.  My dermatologist sent me to an expert in Memphis who recommended I use a cream called Kerodex 71 which is now no longer manufactured.  It has gone from $5 per tube to $100 overnight because it is no longer selling.  I tried other barrier creams like 3M barrier cream and other types of creams but have never been able to actually abate the rash going on now for 30 years.  It has made my life a living hell and there seems no hope in sight.  Some fungal creams have helped not to spread to other areas band steroids make the rash worse.  I am literally at my wits end and feel someone out there may hold the key to this mystery.  I've been through allergy testing and shots, accupuncture, and every thing that doctors have told me to try.  In the end Kerodex 71 just helped to make it more tolerable but never addressed the underlying problem.  Has anyone got a similar story with a happy ending or is the rest of my life going to be searching in vein for some sort of relief.  Thanks
