Feet turning odd colors

My feet turn grayish-purple when they get cold or I'm sitting/lying down. If I poke my foot, the skin turns a pale yellow color (like normal skin would) but stays that way for a while. Any idea what this might be?

There is no cure you can only do things to try and prevent an episode. My daughters doctor pretty much said try and avoid situations where you will get cold.  If your legs do start to turn blue move to an area and warm up.

I just did, not too in depth (studying for the biology SAT exam) but it looks like what I have. I couldn't find information on a cure or treatment for it, is there anything I can do?

Look up Raynaud's syndrome.

It sounds like you are having problems with the circulation in your feet. Talk with your doctor to see if you can find the root cause and get it fix.
