Hi,
I am so sorry to hear about your stomach problems. I have been living with these symptoms and more for nearly a year. I have gone to 12 doctors, none of them could tell me what the problem is. Several of them suggested "counseling" which would have been fine if it were in my head!!!! I finally went to my 3rd gastroenterologist and I now have a diagnosis. I have 2 huge gastric ulcers, a condition called gastroparesis, esophageal spasms and severe bile reflux. After I had gotten my diagnosis via 2 endoscopys, I thought the journey would come to an end soon. Wrong, he (gastro guy) had never seen all of these conditions together, so he has sent me on to Stanford on Oct. 28.
What a frusturating journey this has been.....I encourage you to find a way to seek medical attention and very soon. Stomach problems may or may not be serious but anything that goes on for months is most certainly worthy of exploration.
Have you considered seeking help from your county? Or possibly some kind of state help?
Best of luck to you, take care.
Sometimes I get organ pain in my kidneys or stomach cramps so I use "5 vegetable tea." You can get it in the health food store or oriental food store.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This is not something you can diagnose or treat by yourself. If the stomach upsets are due to acidity then probably you can take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks, caffeine, and spicy food. See if this helps.
For diarrhea: Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers etc. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacid and antiemetic (this SOS for vomiting). Watch out for a day or two with this treatment.
If it does not help, go to a walk in clinic. In the long run you will need to consult a gastroenterologist if all these do not help to rule out IBS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis or celiac disease. Take care!
