I had chest pain all night.woke up sick. Now there's a bruise, freaking out

So for the past few months I've been feeling fatigued and my chest hurts on/off. Last night I had bad chest pain and couldn't breathe well. I woke up with the same issue.
Today I feel a bit better but when I walk I am still winded
But I just noticed this bruise on my arm. What could have caused this? I am so utterly terrified. I don't think I bumped it into anything at all
In Jan I had my heart and labs checked and everything was okay but I'm still scared

You  might just have sore ribs. I get that and sometimes in the early years I would freak out thinking it was a heart attack. If I take a deep breath it goes away. You might have something different though.
How much sleep do you get each night?

Not a lot of sleep , I just can't sleep that well. But I try
Lack of sleep will make you fatigued. Do you go to bed at the same time each night, and turn off tv and internet an hour before? If you do that and still can't sleep, try a sleep app. I pay for one that has recorded speeches to relax me, and that always puts me to sleep.
