I have lower left abdominal pain and I don't know what this could be

Hello Everyone!

I just came here because I really need to somehow find possible answers to whats going on with me. I am a 21 year old woman, and I have been experiencing lower left abdominal bloating and pressure. At first I thought it would be a problem near my ovaries, but I have been to the gynaecologist and I had a pelvic examination and everything seemed fine. The Bloating has been going on for now about three months and I is more intense now. I also have noticed a slight growth in my left side. I also have to mention that I had an abdominal ultrasound and it seemed normal, apart from the fact that I had gas around my pancreas so they were not able to evaluate it (but the pancreas is above anyways and it's not where the pain is). I say pain because today I am in pain, and I'm worried. I have a MRI planned for next Friday, but I won't get the results until June 19th and this seems so far away. I have thought of everything. Lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, etc... But over the past three months i adapted my diet in many ways, cutting out food i suspected and then when this changed nothing I just went back to my normal diet. I eat relatively healthy, I do not eat too much fat nor sugar. I do find that at times I had more gas and sometimes I have the feeling I need to go to the restroom but I don't. My period does not affect the feeling I have, but I did have the impression that the smell of my last period was different. It felt rater like foul meat (sorry for the unpleasant details). I also want to add that in the last 6 months I have gained 10 kilos unwillingly. I am eating very little because I have poor appetite and recently I have been losing weight. I usually control my weight just fine. I also have loud bowl movements sometimes. I have normal hormone levels, and this morning I went to get a red and white blood cell count with a blood test. Results will be in four days. My doctor also asked for a stool test, and those results will also come June 19th.

I do have a medical history that may or may not be relevant. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year (suspected to be a glioma and is currently still being monitored and investigated) and about two years ago I started getting random rashes on my arms and those would come any go, but always come back in a stronger form. I have been tested negative for immune diseases, as well as any STDS.
My mother had cancer in her colon and ovaries and my grandfather (from her side) had a very aggressive brain cancer.

Thank you in advance I really really appreciate it
