I still have not been diagnosed. The blood Pressure has got better and the pulse some what the pain in my arms has gone down as well. But the abdominal pain has got much worse. And has radiated all over my stomach from the diaphragm to the pelvis. I have seen a OBGYN and he says all there is clear. I have had an endoscopy and they found a polyp in my stomach. I have been on antibiotics and steroids for a sinus infection for a little over a week now and i seem to feel slightly better. I am confuse does anyone have any advice?
Panic and anxiety can happen particularly at the times you mention, many folks awake with it,check out the anxiety forum some folks there will be able to give you some answers .maybe Good Luck
A number of the symptoms could fit in to panic disorder that you mention, and feeling stressed can make you feel fatigued. And you don't have to be doing anything stressful at the time the unreasoning fear of a panic attack comes upon you. But though even though GI symptoms can be brought on my panic attacks, you are having a number of gastrointestinal (GI) tract symptoms, including anorexia (lack of appetite, not to be confused with anorexia nervosa, the eating disorder), vomitting, and pain in your lower left abdomen (common place to feel gas pain I think). And pain in your chest can sometimes be caused by esophageal spasms. So, if you haven't made a consultation appointment with a GI specialist, might I suggest as that an avenue to explore? You will want to make sure there isn't anything medically wrong with that symptom & even irritable bowel, if that's all it turned out to be, can be treated.
Also, have they considered your reproductive system? Feeling hot can be associated with a dip in your estrogen level. Feeling nauseated can also be a symptom with female hormones, even if one is not pregnant. Iron deficiency anemia is common in menstruating females (also can happen with GI tract bleeding), and that can make you feel fatigue, chest pains, and palpitations. At least some of these symptoms (experience) can occur before the iron deficiency makes a complete blood count have any low flags show up demonstrating it. Therefore, if they haven't already, may I recommend you get a complete iron check up, including your ferritin (iron stores), which my doctor believes is the best indicator of what iron is doing in the body. But getting things like blood iron, total iron binding capacity and iron saturation percentage can be helpful to get a better picture.
Re: the tingling- when I had a tingling spot in my head one time, I asked my neurologist about it. He said the tingling I feel is a muscle spasm. You say you also are experiencing twitching. In your exploring what may be wrong, have you visited a neurologist?
In the blood panels- they probably checked out your thyroid function?
They have said it may be panic attacks but it can happen when i am sleeping or sitting at my desk or eating dinner. In very non stressful situations it will just happen. I have worn a heart monitor for 48 hours and they detected no irregular heat beats even though the symptoms happened several times.
Do you feel anxious or and panicky it could be something like anxiety disorder GAD ..your doctor will know how to treat this .,or there are many books ind information on the internet, it is possible you don't deal with stress too well and it manifests itself into a physical feeling. Are you taking any meds or supplements for any other ailment? they too can be a cause .
