Next 4 -6 weeks: Waking up during night, with sporadic pressing pain in left arm, and in the mid-left hamstring, and left wrist.
Gastro visit - Stomach not the issue. Told discard dompheridone.
Blood / Urine tests / EKG ( chol, suger, liver etc...all normal)

8/29: Muscle\joint sensitivity still in limbs. Pain subsides when resting. Throat still irritated.
No improvements since doxy. started
I have had minor pain in the back of my neck, however not often.
Appitite/Speech/Urine/Stool is normal.
No issue with balance, or muscle control.
Skin also seems more sensitive. ( Itchy, senstive by times. )

My physician is at a loss for ideas on cause.

I agree with the workup thus far.

To evaluate the pain in the buttocks, I would exclude a pinched nerve or herniated disk.  Nerve conduction studies as well as a back MRI can exclude this possibility.

Muscle and joint pain can be due to rheumatological disease.  An ANA and rheumatoid factor level can be considered to evaluate for this.

Regarding the stomach symptoms, an upper endoscopy can comprehensive evaluate the upper GI tract.  GERD, an ulcer, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract can be evaluated with this test.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
