In Shape, Always Hot

Hi,
I'm a 20 year old male and am wondering if there could be any physiological reason as to why I am always hot. I am in good shape, yet I am always extremely hot. It interferes mostly with my sleep as I have to have a fan blowing directly at me and a window open or else I can't handle it and have to get up and drink something cold or have a shower.
In the winter, when I'm outside in the cold, I can wear a t-shirt and still be hot... so much so that steam actually comes off of my skin and into the air. When others touch my skin they always comment about the temperature.
I take medication for sleeping and ADD but high body temperature isn't a side effect for either of them, and I've had this problem since before I started taking those medications.
Any advice you can give me, or information you can point me towards would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

check thyroid. ADD is treated with stimulants, I think that they can make you feel hot.

You should talk to a doctor and have them run a blood panel on you. I know this is real annoying. I go through the same thing. Mine is hormonal though. Good luck.
