Itching crawling sensation all over

I went on holiday to Thailand and came in contact with a lady and after she went my eyes started itching and body I had a wash but still itching now a year later back in the uk I feel itching all over my body and insect feeling in my hair and creepy crawly feeling all over I had scabies treatment but no help still the same my family is scratching and all becouse of me.
I wear a hat and pass it to some one he's scratching of sleep on the same bed there very contagious I've been checked no scabies marks anywhere family and friends feel the same itchi creaky crawleys and strange feeling in hair like insect crawling.
Doctors say it's in my head but whole family is scratching all blood tests and swab test come out ok no problem really stressed tried every remedy I can think of of have found on net.
Changing my clothes and bed sheets every day very contagios soon as I scratch an area and scratch some were else feel the same lost my life and can sit with people or use there items as they feel itch as me.
No marks or body no rash dry skin becouse been using creams and lotions Docter has given and from heath shop.
Tried everything short from drinking bleach plz help cream tablets a test any think will help need answers and treatment.
I live in the uk london

Lymes disease does not make sense.  Itching not so much the issue with it as other symptoms and it's not so contagious.   I don't have an answer but a parasite of some sort. ...

Please see your gp this is possibly Lyme disease.
