I've been to the ER 4 times this month

I've been in and out of doctors offices and the ER all month.  I don't know what is causing my symptoms.  I have discomfort or pressure in my chest and or arm.  Usually on the left side.  I've been light headed, burning sensations that pop up from my neck down to my ankles(usually on the left side).  I'm also hyper aware of my heart beating.  I usually use my laptop when I'm laying down and I have it on my chest.   If I hold my breath, I can see the laptop shake when my heart beats. Not all the symptoms appear together, but I most often have the heart palpatations and the chest pressure. Yesterday, I was bending over and standing up because I was moving stuff from boxes to their proper places in my new apartment and I got dizzy, faint and my legs felt like they would give.  That was a first for me, and I was wondering if it is related.  It lasted about 30 minutes and after I felt great.  Also, I went to the ER with a low heart rate.  It went as low as 45bpm when I was sleeping.  The cardioligst didn't seem worried since it was a normal heart rythme.  My dad has a low heart rate of about 54bpm and he doesn't have heart problems.  I've never seen my heart below 58bpm though.

I've had blood tests, chest xray,ct scan, EKGs, stress test, and now I'm wearing a heart monitor for a week now.

If they don''t find anything with this heart monitor, what else could be causing my symptoms?

I'm 35 years old, 6ft tall, 252 pounds
I've been diagnosed with a fatty liver, and gout in the past.

its hard to get docs to believe anythings wrong sometimes  i would ask for something for stress or anxiety for a little while to see if it helps sometimes we just need to relax

The only stress I have is figuiring out what is causing these episodes.  The whole ordeal has enveloped my life right now.  I can't go more then a few minutes thinking about it so I'm probably having some anxiety attacks over it.

I'm not in excellent shape.  I rarely work out and as you can see by my weight.  My BMI says I'm obese. My blood pressure is usually high normal or lower.

hi chest pressure is very serious.  But it sounds like to me that you might be hyper tense sometimes your heart re-calculates depending on the activity your engaged in.  45bpm is extremely low so i presume your in excellent shape.  Also as we age as humans your heart rate usually gains a beat to help blood flow. I hope that helps some feel better God Bless you
