Still having Fatigue and Low Fever Each Day After Sexual Contact

I am a 39 year old man and I had slept with a woman that I have known for some time and did not use protection in the afternoon at the end of Feb.  Later that night I began to feel nauseous and had some minor night sweats, and continued to have night sweats for 3 days later.  I went to an urgent care and they told me I just had a flu and it would go away after a few weeks.

Fast forward to a month later and I'm still having fatigue and low energy (I was heavily into sports before the contact and now struggle to go through a training session).  I was very worried that I may have contracted HIV and have had several tests (antibody, RNA) all come back negative.  I also did a panel of STD's and all came back negative except for HSV1 which I always knew I had.  The HIV-1 RNA test was done 23 days after contact and is the latest test I've done.

I still have symptoms at night time especially; trouble sleeping and staying asleep, hot flashes, and fatigue. I'm getting worried I may have something else but have no clue what it could be or where to start? Please help!
