Just wanting this to stop IBS or something else?

Hi I have had some odd problems since january this yr,and it has led up to now,I thought I was having fm symptoms but the pain I have in the right side of my gut and in my back has gotten so bad I am in severe enough pain to wake me out of my sleep,I recently had x-rays of my c-spine and lumbar and there wasn't any significant problems but the did find phleboliths scattered throughout my pelvis, not sure what that means but alot of strange things happening, sudden onset of hbp that went away, now bp is in the low range,I was treated for an infection that they did not know the exact entity, skin reactions to unknown cause.I have hereditery high cholesteral and fluctuating to the low side hypothyroid.I have diverticuli and my gi system is all out of whack,Gall Bladder was removed couple yrs ago and treated for h-pylori prior to that. Some blood work had ranges just inside the norm range on the high side. Was very ill for reasons unknown so far. There was a suspicion of porphyria and there has been colon and ovarian cancer in my family history, also o- sphincter flares in family history but I guess what I am stressing abt. the most right now is this incredible relentless pain in the right side of my middle back that seems to radiate to my spine but connceted to my colon area.very painful to move and feels like severe bruise and had to breath in and bowel changes.Last month I had put on 10 lbs for no cause and feet swelling to the point of numbness and difficulty walking and a week later I had took off 1/2 that weight, but devolep skin problems and extreme fatigue with alot of ponts of numbness.I am just wondering what I can do to get this under control.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The first thing to be ruled out is a kidney infection or kidney stone. Kidney function tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, urine tests may be required. It can also be colitis, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis or IBS. Phleboliths could affect the kidney too.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral to an urologist and gastroenterologist if need be.
Take care!

Had blood drawn and maybe it will uncover something and hopefully I will be seeing a gi specialist soon, did have a lot of urinary problems not too long ago but didn't connect any of the problems together, until just recently I had never heard of phleboliths and I have several so I guess it can happen abt. anywhere in the body.Thank you for your response.I was told it was IBS just on a verbal Q&A and there seemed to be no cause for the blood that they could see in the tests.Still on the search, maybe we will stumble on the answer for all this since these what I would consider ridiculous symptoms seem to be becoming more frequent over time.Have a blessed day and thank you again.
