Hello~I am sorry you are having these uncomfortable issues.

My first thought is do you have low blood sugar? Sometimes unstable blood sugar can cause the symptoms you have described. I would try to eat a small amount of protein, such as cheese or meat before bed, this might help to keep the blood sugar stable. When you get up, again, eat some protein. If you indeed have a blood sugar disorder, doing these things should help to alleviate the symptoms.

I would certainly ask your doctor for an a1c test, this will show what your sugars have been doing for the last 3 months and also show if you are headed for diabetes.

I hope you feel better soon.
