Low grade fever- unknown cause

Hi. I am 18 years old female suffering from low grade fever. The fever is from past three years and it goes on and off. Firstly i was diagnosed tyhpoid and given its treatment. Then i had stool culture test which came back normal and doctor said its not tyhphoid. I often suffer from intestine infection (dnt knw wats tht called) and get intravenous treatment. All my tests are fine including blood tests, ultrasounds, heart echo, chest scan, urine tests, ANA, blood and urine cultures, rheumatid arthritis and tb tests.
My current symptoms are :
- fatigue
- dizziness
- weakness
- head and neck ache ( my neck x-ray is clear)
- nausea, esp after taking my meal
Now recently i have strted to feel pain in my armpit and breast and sensation of burning.
I want to know what can be the possible causes of this type of fever ?
I have lost weight and have gotten weak. My stmch is often upset.
Please help me m really lost :-(

stress can cause every thing more than 100 symptoms but if you dont find any cause for it it can caused by stress and anxiety second of all 37.5 is a normal body temp the avrage is 37 but up 37.5 is the normal  temp (( i can tell you one site that it has information about symptoms of stress ((anxiety center)) search it in google i asked from many psychologist from body temp they told me it can happen with stress but not high fever like  38 or above

yeah its never more than 37.6. Infact its between 37.4 and 37.5. Can stress cause fever ? plz help me i m totally lost.

Yes i have seen a Gastroenterologist few days back and he suggest a scan of my abdomin area which i m going to have on monday.

check sexually trasmitted disease or maybe HIV i dont wanna give u stress but check it and EMAil me the answer i want to know if its STD or stress and  your felling of throwing up:are u taking any medicine that have some side effects G.LOOK

first of all what is your low grade fever  37.5 or above or less if it is up to 37.6  it can cause by stress too much but you have to check if u have  any STD other wise i can tell cause of stress if its not STD

What intestinal infections you suffer from frequently?

Your problem sounds GI in nature to me.  Have you seen a Gastroenterologist or an Infectious Disease Specialist?  

Also, I would recommend an endoscopy of your upper GI.
