i am experiencing a multitude of symptoms. please help me figure out what it is

I have been having bouts of dizziness and lightheaded feeling since May of this year (2015). .very few true spinning episodes and if it was it was a single rotation and lasted a second or two.  Those episodes freaked me out, left me crazy fatigued.  Happened quite a bit in the two weeks following 3 days of bactrim for kidney stone caused uti.

Episodes became almost on a schedule.. Mid me.steual cycle.  Finally went to ent like 2 weeks ago.  Did dix hallpike which prompted true vertigo, like nothing I was experiencing.  Had a massive panic attack and it took 2 hours almost before I could leave.  They said BPPV.. But i haven't had it since really.  Just the lightheadedness
Here and there.

That was right ear.  This week I've had fullness in my ears on and off.  Yesterday was fine.  Thursday was bad.  Both ears, very sound sensitive, no hearing problem. Today it's bad.  Left ear only.  The fullness and hearing.  Sounds are heightened.  If I block the affected ear my own voice sounds like it's on a synthesizer.  Hairdryer on that ear sounded the same, like it was on a synth.

Tired.. Like crazy tired.  Freezing constantly.  My body temp is never above like 96.5 anymore.  Oh, and I get tingling..like novacainr wearing off at the last stage.  Yesterday it was both index fingers...then face..but it traveled...sometimes just around mouth, then up to left cheek.  Later fingers were fine but it was left forearm with the face.  Haven't had tingling all day... Now it's starting on left side of mouth again.

Blood pressure is normal...recent blood tests of thyroid say normal.  AM cortisol was 10.6.  Vitamin d 28.6 which is up from 16.6 a couple months ago.  Hormone testing says normal.

I don't think I have BPPV.  I also dont think it's menieres.  Don't think that travels between ears day to day.  No ringing in ears...just that sound distortion.

I do have a stessful life.  House was foreclosure sold last week.  Breaking up with dirtbag boyfriend.  Filing bankruptcy bc of him.  I could see stress or anxiety.  I do also get shortness of breath periodically, racing heartbeat etc.  When I get the fatigue it's almost like it's impossible to stay awake.  Definite lightheaded feeling with that.

I have family history of ms on both sides.  My mom and my father's mom both had it.  Onset of symptoms around 1969 for both.  So I've been around it literally since birth.  Most often my lightheaded feeling is like a shift.  Like things move left to right.  Oh and two other things.. 1.. I have crazy belching.  Its nearly constant.  And 2.  I have frequent neck pain.  Not the back of the neck, either left side or right.  Never both at same time.  But it gets so tight you can't move it without pain.

I think that's it....I know it's a long list and all over the place.  Typing on phone makes it fun.  I do take vitamins, b12.  I only drink flavored water.  I seem dehydrated despite a lot of fluid intake.  I pee out ALOTTTTT.  More than I take in frankly.

You might want to get blood work done to test ferritin, D3, magnesium and B12

Do you take methyl folate (not folic acid) with your b12

You need to get a printout of the results. Normal lab ranges are not optimal ranges for your health. If your labs come out in the normal range, it doesnt mean you won't have symptoms.
