Sorry for the delay in answering - I was on vacation.
Infection is the most common cause of swollen lymph nodes. If the appropriate workup has already been done (i.e. antibiotic treatment for any upper respiratory infection, imaging for suspected sinusitis etc.), and the node persists, you may want to consider a more conclusive diagnostic test.
This would include a possible biopsy - which would rule out a lymphoma. This option should be discussed with an ENT specialist.

The node is 1 cm long and not that wide i hope that helps it is not round
