Lymph Nodes: CT Scan (Abdominal and Pelvis) Would enlarged nodes show up ?

I have been having some unexplained, gradual groin pain (mainly right side). It starts about middle of the inner groin and down upper thigh (and back of leg/buttocks). I realize this could be a muscular tear or joint dysfunction but have some real Health Anxiety of a swollen tonsillar node that my ENT is watching (enlarged and a little more firm, but have history of mono and chronic throat infections). I've developed two peptic ulcers (in the last month, endoscopy/biopsy showed no signs of H-pylori, just two peptic ulcers). Gastro doctor said Peptic Ulcer disease (and overuse of NSAIDs). I'm on Prilosec, Zantac, and Carafate, while eliminating trigger foods. My question is....after all of that information --- if I had other enlarged nodes, would they have shown up on CT (with contrast) of abdomen and pelvis. The groin pain is kind of a wild card and am worried maybe I have an enlarged node in my groin causing the pain. My recent Health Anxiety (thinks the worst could be lymphoma) -- my rational mind tells me it could just be a string of several different things. Anyone experience similar symptoms or know groin node would should up on a CT of pelvis ? Thanks in advance.
