MRI of the brain

Can someone help me understand my MRI...Should I have concern?

Several punctate subcortical gliosis seen within the bifrontal lobes
at and above the level of the corona radiata. These lesions are not associated
with mass effect or diffusion restriction. No hemorrhage identified. Gray-white
matter junction maintained. Ventricles normal in size. Unremarkable vascular
flow-voids circle of Willis. No obvious heterotopia appreciated. Brainstem and
cerebellum unremarkable. CPA cisterns and visualized seventh and eighth nerve
complex and otic labyrinth appear normal. Unremarkable vascular flow voids
circle of Willis. Sellar and suprasellar spaces, orbits and its visualized
contents appear normal. Skull and scalp unremarkable.

Of course, your doctor (or that of a 2nd opinion doctor) is your best guide.  Do you have a previous MRI as a comparison?

I'm very new to MRI report forecasting but googling suggests to me this might be of interest (or completely not applicable):

".....  None of these punctate lesions have ever been reported to evolve into something significant, such as tumor, or to be a seizure focus, and therefore, in all probability they are of no clinical significance."  ( spinwarp.ucsd.edu )
