Malise Feeling Over one month

I do have just malaise feeling for last one month. I have consulted doc numerous times and i have all sorts of possible reports like kidney, lever, CBC ,chest , thyroid, antibody , TB ,malaria, prostate but all of them are negative. I don't have any other symptoms like headache, abdominal pain or even fever. This is something strange. Moreover initially i lost weight but i think i have started gaining again my weight. Initially i had malaise feeling everyday when it was started but now this week i felt normal but again yesterday night i started feeling malaise feeling . My doc cant figure it out even i am worried very much. I am not sexually active so Doc denied HIV and moreover i don't have any symptoms of cancer as such.

Moreover it was started a month with burning feeling in left palm and it went away . Now i am again feeling burning in palm as well as my mouth is very dry. Now generally it occurs during night but the whole day is good. Now I wake up at 4:00 AM and then sleep intermittently. Since i dont have fever, fatigue, nausea  or any other symptoms my doc said nothing to worry but i am tired of this condition. Please help me. Thanks..

Can someone tell me what has happened to me? is there any kind infection from which my boy still fights? please give answer.

Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted!

Yes, severe acidity can disturb sleep especially if it is associated with GERD or hiatal hernia. You should avoid food at least 2 hours before bedtime. Avoid too much of caffeine.

Hey

Thanx for comment and advise. My blood sugar has been tested, urine culture 3 times, stool test,TB test, diabetic test all them are done. Even i started taking B12 . It seems its improving ut suddenly sometimes it comes back. I was vy healthy like used to go to gym regularly, no smoking at all no tobacco. I want to start my routine again. Moreover i would like to ask whether acidity can cause this..like uneasiness, disturbance in sleep like that..

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Malaise without a cause (I say this because you have been extensively investigated) is generally due to fibromyalgia type of syndromes or due to depression and anxiety. Low hemoglobin or iron is another reason, but I think that must have been taken care of in CBC. Was your blood sugar tested? Diabetes is another cause of malaise. Another reason can be Vitamin B (complex or B12) deficiency. A simple blood test can identify this.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
