to young to feel this old?
I am having trouble with my upper, left back, around the shoulder blade. I have what feels like a hard knot, about the size of a nickel that is VERY painful to touch and causes pain and tightness over the whole upper back by the end of the day. The pain will stick around for days and then just leaves for a few days. Any ideas?
this could be spondilitus, excuse my spelling, this is similar to arthuritus and very painful, you doctor may want you to try meds first then suggest a scan
