Mix of different symptoms - Need Help

A little over a month ago I engaged in unprotected sex with a female( I'm  male) and a few days after I started getting a burning sensation in the penis tip, testicular pain, urge to urinate more and random sharp pains. A few weeks later I then started getting a tightness and pain in my chest and what feels like a lump in my throat ( not painful just inflammed).
I went to a sex clinic and they ruled out std, thrush, uti. They said we see this all the time, you had unprotected sex and then started getting random symptoms. I was told that this is all just anxiety and in my head.
Thinking they can't be right I went to my family gp and he said the exact same thing- anxiety. The reason being the array of different symptoms I am getting aren't related to any disease etc based on my situation.

I was told give it a few weeks, try to relax etc and the symptoms should just fade away. However I feel like I am getting worse rather than better, I did feel better after the gp said it is just anxiety but now feel worse.

Sorry for the long winded message but based on what I have said does it sound like anything serious or is it all 'in my head'? I know it's Xmas but any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick responses, I also think it most likely is anxiety due to the vast array of different symptoms, and it is true when I am preoccupied I don't feel any pain and it does worsen when I think about it or make the dumb mistake of looking online and try self diagnosing!
Hoping they do just pass with time.

It sounds like it is all in your head as you put it. I agree with your gp and who ever you talked to at the sex clinic. The symptoms are so different I would find it hard to believe that it is related to having unprotected sex.Try and relax and enjoy the holidays, also remember cover the boy before you use it as a toy.
