I am incredibly dizzy and have headaches

for a while my head has been hurting and i have been very dizzy it feels like there is pressure on my head and when ever i focus on something i get very dizzy and when i stand up i have to take a second to gain balance. taking aspirin removes the head ache. i have had problems breathing lately also (i do have asthma though). i have had a hard time sleeping and i am wondering if the problem could be something serious with my brain sinuses or simply my body needs more rest.

your in my prayers ,if it continues you need to see a doctor and  maybe you might need a catscan done to. it can be something simple as a good pair eyeglass's or it can be something that needs to be treated with meds i sometimes   get vertical never knew what that was , i was feeling dizzy , headaches , could not walk stright throwing up it was horrible i went to the hosp and they told me it was vertical i laugh never heard of this before it comes  from  water in the ear causes a infection . doctor gave me meds and it clear up in days... so go see what the problem is dont wait  it could be only a little sinuse issues my friend , your in my prayers God bless you

check your ears they say that our ears is our balance, maybe you should check yours to make sure you don't have a problem with them, in any case you should seek medical advice
