Three undiagnoised symptoms. really need help!

Well this all started about a year ago when I started having stomach problems. I went to the doctors about three or four times about it until I found out my stomach was inflamed. So i did everything The doctor said and it has worked but I still get some stomach pains some times.. So iam wondering if they were wrong. Than about four months after my throat started feeling really almost congested. its scratchy and sometimes hard to swallow, but I have no  flu like symptoms or and cold symptoms. I went to the doctors and got checked for all different kinds of flues including swine and nothing. My doctor than said that it could be allergy's and told me to take some medicine for a couple weeks. That didn't help. I haven't been back since because it seems like my doctor isn't really answering anything to good. Than about three weeks ago I started getting the worst migraines. I mean the worst. They hurt so bad and some times only come for five minutes than go away. sometimes i can feel them behind my eyes. I been taking ibuprofen 800mg and even those dont help some times and if they do its only for about an hour before they come back. Iam also constipated a lot of the times if that helps, but I think that might because Ive had a poor diet in the past. I really need some answers to this. someone please help!!! if you need any more info or help please help

It's likely GERD, especially if you wake up with a hoarse voice every morning. The way you described your throat as being scratchy and having difficulty swallowing are classic signs. If you can, limit your intake of tomatoes/ketchup and other acidic foods (lemons, spicy foods, etc.), and avoid alcohol at all costs.

The migraines probably aren't related to the GERD unless they're both being caused by a common factor--a particular food, stress, etc. You'll need to see a neurologist to have this diagnosed and they'll be able to prescribe a medication to reduce the severity and/or prevent migraines altogether. Typically, over-the-counter analgesics (like Tylenol) won't work on migraines.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be due to inflammatory bowel conditions such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Celiac disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance or IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Severe acidity with gastric reflux can also be a cause and so also worms in stool. Hiatal hernia is another possibility. Liver and gall bladder issues too should be looked at by a liver function test and ultrasounds. Endoscopy, gluten sensitivity test, etc may also be required.
Stomach issues often act as a trigger for migraines.
Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor once. It would be a good idea to consult a gastroenterologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
