My level of oxigen when to 52% at 4:00 AM

I am a 56 years old female, Hispanic, I weight 170 lbs, and 5 foot tall; I am healthy, I exercise everyday, and eat very healthy also. Recently because, I am not loosing much weight, I had a Hemoglobin A1C and the results were 5.9, therefore, I am pre-diabetic. Then I had a overnight oximetry reading that show a 52% level at 4:00 AM. I am concern, about this findings.

Hello Again~I have been doing a little research, this very well could be due to sleep apnea, you definitely need to  have this checked.

Hello~Was the reading taken by an MD? If not, I would certainly let him/her know what is going on, that seems way too low to me.
