Rash over my body

I have developed a rash all over my body. I have many spots which are quite tiny and red. They are mainly on the top of my legs but they are coming everywhere now. they itch alot and it is getting difficult to sleep, they itch most at night. Friends say that they believe i may be allergic to a washing powder used on a friends sheets where i have stayed but i have never had any kinfd of reaction like this before. Also, the house where i have got the rash from is very dirty and the people in it have had similar rashes, but none are similar to mine. They were diagnosed with  as having flea bites, but i don't think it is that as i have only stayed twice and it seems to be getting worse. Any help on how to stop the itching would be appreciated.
Thanks

I forgot to mention i have 2 bigger than the rest redder spots which seem to be more itchy on my penis and 4 more of them around my body. I always have protected sex so i'm sure it isn't anything to do with STIs.
Thanks again.

Hi  rashes are really nothing to worry about just annoying .  Just go to a dermatolgist who will prescribe a cream and anthistamine which will start taking care of it. Or try a over the counter antihsitamine to see if it helps they usually start working with in a few days of taking them

if they are red and spots they may be scabies, especially if you say the house you were at is dirty and their experiencing similar rashes. have them checkd out by an md, either way it doesnt sound serious

I agree,  it does sound like scabies,  especially since other people in the house also had something very similar.

The thing about flea bites is,  you know it if your house is infested with fleas.  In the absense of noticeable fleas,  these people probably weren't suffering from flea bites.    You can see and feel fleas,  and when they jump on you repeatedly you can't miss it.

Best wishes.
