What could be the cause of all these symptoms?

Hey,
I've had a whole array of symptoms at the moment, some seem to be getting better, others worse, so I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has a similar experience and/or has any idea what it could be.
Also I don't know which of these symptoms are related to each other or whether they're completely unrelated.

The first symptom I got I think was about 3 months ago. My legs started hurting so badly like I had a flu or something but I felt fine otherwise. They just ached so bad and the muscles hurt. It was so bad it actually hurt to walk. I was quite freaked out I might have a clot or something but the symptom cleared up after a week or 2 so I ignored it. Then a few days ago they started aching again, no where near as bad though, just sort of a light achy feeling. I had one day where the calves really hurt (maybe 4 or so days ago) and when I put weight on my right leg the calf muscle was shaking :/ But other than that one day they've just felt achy in the muscles (particularly calves but thighs too).

The 2nd symptom I developed was about a month later (so about 2 months ago now) I started belching, A LOT. I've never been a big burper so it was very noticeable. And I'm not just talking about little burps I'm talking about full on belches. And there was no warning, I could be in the middle of a sentence and suddenly a massive belch. And it was happening multiple times a day. Now this has settled down some what compared to how bad it was 2 months ago, however I am still belching much more frequently throughout the day than I ever have done before, and that's been for 2 months now.

About a month after that (a month ago) is when more symptoms started. I started getting A LOT of back pain. The middle of my back (a few inches above ribs) and spread up to quite painfully between my shoulder blades at the top. And also getting pain and tightness in the middle of my chest and in my lower ribs. Now the back pain does seem to have eased somewhat over the last 2 weeks but is still on and off, the pain in the middle of my chest seems to have settled but I'm still feeling a tightness feeling particularly around the ribs. Around the same time I also started getting on and off abdominal pains (mild) and noticed that I am quite bloated. Sometimes I feel very bloated (like it feels tight and stressed) other times I don't particularly feel bloated but I still look it. This has been going on at least a month I think. I look/feel so bloated to the point that I think I look pregnant (but I'm not). I'm quite slim so it's easily noticeable. I've been feeling tired and drained a lot, sometimes so tired i feel like I'm dying (although I don't sleep very well so that could be why), I've also been STARVING but again I don't eat very well so that could be why but I don't know because it seems to have come out of no where. Also, no idea if it's related/relevant but for 3 months my cycle seemed to change from my usual 28 days to 25 days and I've been getting pms (tummy and/or breast pain) for up to a week before my period. This months cycle came on time though and I got some cramping about 3-4 days before and some again on about day 4 of my period.

The most recent symptom, which has worried me and is the main reason I'm posting:

About 3 days ago I got a very sudden and VERY severe sharp pain in my right shoulder (sort of top of shoulder blade/bottom of shoulder at the back area) and in my right ribs quite near the bottom. It was a very very sharp pain and very painful, I couldn't move at all and I noticed it was a lot worse if I tried to take a deep breath. I also noticed if I pressed on the spot in my ribs where it hurt, it made the shoulder hurt even more (and I think vice versa but I can't remember for sure). It only last maybe 5 minutes. Now it is happening again right now but no where near is severely, I can feel the sharp pain in my shoulder but only mildly, and I can feel an even more mild pain in my ribs, it still hurts but not much, but same thing - if I press on the ribs it makes the pain in the shoulder worse, and if I try to take a very deep breath it hurts more. This more mild 'episode' has been going on for probably at least 10-15 minutes and I'm not sure if the pain might be starting to get a little stronger in the shoulder :/

Additional info:
I am 30 years old and a healthy weight, I drink a lot of water, don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke but I have been addicted to NRT for 5 years. As far as I know I am physically healthy other than having coeliac disease but I follow the gluten-free diet strictly. I can not go to my doctor as I have been housebound for 10 years and the doctors have not come out to see my for the last 2 or 3 years and I don't know why :( Hence why I am looking for advice online. Obviously I've got myself all worried about heart problems, gallbladder issues, kidney/liver problems etc.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of my symptoms? Particularly this new pain in my right shoulder/right ribs as it is very concerning and painful.

Thank you so much for reading and sorry my post is so long.
