Hello,
From the age of your daughter and the symptoms, , I would like to rule out the possibility of vulvovaginitis. It is an inflammation of the vagina and vulva, most often caused by a bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infection. Other possibilities are pinworms and vaginal infections. Pinworms is a strong possibility because your daughter is also having itching in her private parts and moreover you help her wipe.
I sincerely advise you to get a stool examination of yourself and your daughter done to rule out pinworms. If found negative then other possibilities should be probed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I took her to the Doctor and all is well it. It is call the mons pubis and apparently she has a lot of padding there.
It just really scared me as may friend has just lost her 7 year old son that morning to neuroblastoma.
Thanks,
Since the actual vagina isn't really visible from the front, I'm guessing you probably mean her mons pubis (the padding of fat protecting the pubis bone). Or do you mean the top portion of the vulva? My guess is that it could be swollen lymph nodes, which are located in the pelvic area on either side of the pubic bone, but I would take her to her pediatrician to be sure.
See a doctor what if she picked something mabye its nothing now and what if it s to late in the future
the only thing i can tell you is take lil mama to the ER...
