No period for 5 months ,not pregnant what could be wrong?

Hey I'm 19 years old and recently my periods have been acting up. Me and my fiance have been trying to have children but I haven't had a period for 5 months and I'm not pregnant. I've been feeling really bloated, A lot of back lower back pain, I've been really gassy, I've also lost a lot of hair but I haven't had any pain until a couple days ago it was on and off on my lower left and right side. I don't know what's going on I just hope it's fixable and I will be able to have kids one day. but for now any ideas on what could be wrong?

I think I first started when I was 10. And they where regular until the age 14 where I had gotten pregnant. But sadly I miscarried at 1 almost 2 months, someone hit me in the stomach. I didn't go to the doctors till a week or two later because of an infection I had gotten from the miscarriage. After I lied to the doctors about why I was sick. I was in the hospital for two days. After my periods where irregular but the most I would miss is 2 months and sometimes they where heavy and long and sometimes they where light and short either way it involved cramping and being bloated and yes I also had tender breast too. But recently I've missed 3 months of my period I thought I was pregnant but I wasn't I ended up starting heavy and painful. after, the next two months my period seemed normal lasted your average 7 to 6 days and was light as well. But right after that I have now missed 5 months and I'm bloated, gassy, my hair is thinner, my lower back hurts a lot, and just a couple days ago I started feeling pain in my lower part of my stomach hurts real bad but goes away quick... I've also gotten ulcers twice in the past And I've had nerve damage in both my hands for about a year. So Yea I'm just a mess...:'(
