Rectal bumps and pain

My fiancee has had a constant problem with blood in her stool and refuses to seek medical attention. Recently we engaged in anal intercourse which she described as "felt skin ripping...". She now has a small protruding flap of skin and extremely red marks around her anus. Recently bumps have developed around the area and have decreased in size but spread over the entire area. I am under the assumption she had internal hemorhoids and that would be that flap of skin...but what about the bumps and the rash?

I don't mean to preach, oh heck yes I do, Anal Sex is the most efficient way to spread HIV. Stop it. Use a condom if you must, but remember your Biology...rubber is a semi-permeable membrane. (Osmosis?) Vaginal sex is risky without a condom but it is less risky than Anal Sex. Think of your fiancée. STOP IT!

Thank you for the information. She is having a big problem with the pain from the bumps, the bleeding has all but ceased. The bumps continue to cause her alot of pain and they did not appear until after the aforementioned events.....Any clues on that part?

It's vital that you get bloody stool checked as soon as possible even tho the cause may be nothing to worry about.

The most common causes of blood in your stool or in your toilet bowl are hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. A hemorrhoid is a puffy little bit of tissue that's left its proper spot inside the rectum and protruded out where it's not supposed to be. Even just a little overambitious wiping or straining can make it bleed. Anal fissures are cracks in the skin surrounding the anus
