Ongoing unidentified condtion

Been to various specialists including an Internist, Gynecologist and GI specialist. Had bloodwork analyzed, urinalysis, pap, CT scan and ultrasound. Nothing shows why I could be experiencing the symptoms that I'm about to describe.

Earlier this year (Feb 2012) I began experiencing severe lower abdominal pain (pelvic region) to such a degree that I literally double over in pain. When I first started experiencing this I was off work for 2 wks. I can only describe the pain by saying it feels like something is squeezing and wringing and twisting both of my fallopian tubes. At the end of this painful bout, which lasts 1-2 days, there is a clear, odorless discharge that sometimes has a little blood in it. Have had the discharge analyzed when I had a pap and there was no abnormality found.

Also I experience fullness or bloating which is relieved when I pass gas or have a bowel movement. Additional info: I'm 44 and have been celebate for the past 17 yrs, so my symptoms shouldn't be sexually related.

It could be a bladder infection or kidney infection or maybe an ovarian cyst?

I have a similar problem.  Except I do discharge blood.  I've had Ct scans, internal scans, blood work, been told I might have Crohn's, then after another procedure, told I don't.  It get's so bad, sometimes I cramp up, and have to uncramp myself.  It seems my internal organs move inside.  I have had this intense pain on my left side only the last few days.  I usually have it on my right side.  The pains began years ago, and I've spent a lot of money, not knowing what I have.  It *****.
