Nervousness, muscle tension, tiredness, low BP

I'm a 23 year old female in generally good health.  I do suffer from anxiety and iron deficiency anemia.  Lately I have been feeling extremely nervous, a lot of muscle tesnion in my neck and head, slightly dizzy, tired and my blood pressure has been running slightly lower than normal.  I usually range around 120/80 but lately it's been around 100-110/60-70.  I've also been having a rapid heartbeat and a few palpitations.  I don't know if this is due to the anemia or the anxiety or both.  It makes me nervous just thinking about it.  I've been taking iron tablets for the past few weeks.  Is this something I should be worried about or could this be more of an anxiety thing.  The main thing that really concerns be is the low BP, tiredness ,and slight dizziness.  Any help would be great.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
There is a chance that you have compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc.  This along with anemia can cause dizziness and strain in neck and lowering of blood pressure. However please do not ignore this. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
