Pain in my neck when exercising

Hello, I am 31 year old male. For the past 275 days I have been dieting (Vegan) and exercising 5-6 days a week. I have dropped almost 140lbs in roughly 150 days. I was clinically "Super morbidly obese" Given that I am 6' and was 435lbs.
My exercise consists of walking 3-4 miles, with 400 steps on a stair-stepper machine on Monday Wednesdays and Fridays and then doing full body low weight high rep core exercises from my shoulders down to my knees. Walking exercises last an hour and my full body workout last about 40-45 minutes. I've been doing this for roughly 200 days

Recently I've been getting pain in the right side of my neck, around my carotid artery when I am in the middle of a workout.. the pain gets somewhat intense and worrisome.  Could this be an aneurysm?

I don't think it is muscular.. it doesn't feel muscular and it goes away as my heart rate goes back to normal. I am concerned because it is around that area... I haven't gone to the doctor, because I don't have insurance. My blood pressure is textbook, my cholesterol level is perfect, my blood sugar is normal, pulse rate is normal.. So I doubt it is my heart. I don't know what it is.

I get plenty of calcium and D3 through my dietary intake and supplements. I have worked in a Chiropractic office for almost 9 years, my spine is fine... my question is about pain in my neck when I am in the middle of exercising and heart rate is above 140.

I am not sure but I think you should get an ultrasound done, because you said you were fat and when your are fat, the most of the work load is on the bones and in that case bones need more calcium and vitamin D3. You might have an early stage of slip disc.
