Painless Bump In My Ear Lobe

I am a 20 year old male.  I have a bump in my ear lobe that cannot be seen, only felt.  It has been there for a few months.  Recently it has gotten bigger.  It doesn't hurt at all.  Not sure what it could be.

could be a lipoma--harmless just irritating, but you should get it checked out because it is growing

Quite often uric acid will build up in an earlobe.  It can be harmless - or it can mean you need to change your diet a little - try eating less red meat.  Eventually you may get gout from it if the uric acid decides to collect somewhere else - like your big toe or your ankle.

It is most likely to be a cyst.
A boil forming would hurt.

If you have any concern, then see your doctor for a correct diagnosis.

Best wishes.
