Panic Attacks? Sinusitis? Menieres? TMJ?

the world just does not feel the same. I'm not entirely sure how to explain this but it's almost like walking around inside of a fish bowl. My vision isn't distorted and I wouldn't necessarily call it dizziness but it just doesn't feel right. Surreal might be a good way to describe it and maybe a little off balanced. Occasionally when I am standing the world will suddenly spin for a few seconds. I was a gymnast for 11 years of my life and while it has been a while I have retained some of the skills I gained such as good balance. I can balance on one foot no problem but when standing still a lot of the times the world feels like it is moving just slightly or as though I'm moving or rocking just a little.

I'm not sure about vertigo but I have had a few episodes where I guess you could consider it vertigo but I think they were more panic related. I'm not sure though, before all of this started happening I had a few panic attacks and they revolved more around feeling as though I was dying, hyperventilating and just generally not feeling right. These attacks are a little different but the panic is still there. During these attacks I get nauseous, have indigestion, feel dizzy, shaky, I either have diarrhea or feel like I am going to, sometimes feel as though I'm going to pass out, get emotional and either feel like crying or actually cry, feel like I have no control over my body. Only once I have actually thrown up during one of these attacks.

One of the symptoms of menieres is hearing loss but I'm not sure I have any. I haven't had my hearing tested so it is possible but I haven't noticed any dramatic changes. When there is a lot of pressure in my ears though sometimes sounds become distorted like if you were traveling up in the mountains and couldn't get your ears to pop. When watching tv, and this may not actually hold any merit, but at a volume that's comfortable and I can hear just fine, sometimes I can't understand characters with lower voices or when a character talks in a lower pitch than they normally do, not a quieter pitch necessarily but a lower one. I'm not sure if that makes any sense.

Menieres seems to fit but I don't feel like this is what it is because I'm not sure if these attacks are panic related or not and I don't think I have hearing loss. Sinusitis or another sinus related issue could be the problem but I'm not sure it could cause all of these symptoms? As for the TMJ idea, I have an over bite that was never fixed and my teeth don't align like they're supposed to. Without realizing it half the time I clench my jaw a lot, especially when anxious and from what I've heard TMJ can cause ear pain?

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Or if all of it's related or not?

Don't reply to this. It cut off the first half and I don't know how to delete it >_>
