Periodic tip of penis pain after ejaculation, burning

I am experiencing all of the symptoms described in this old thread fround in the STD forum.  It is not an STD, but no one knows that it is.  I can find no other mention of this problem on the internet, but it seems many have the same problem

"Hi, I have a very irritating problem. For the past 8 years, since I was a teenager, I've periodically had intense pain after ejaculation. This only happens once every 2 weeks or so, and I've had it from sex and masterbation.

This pain will happen anywhere from 5 min to 30 min after I ejaculate, and the pain will stop temporarily when I urinate, sometimes when I urinate it even feels good. This also causes me to feel like I constantly have to urinate. This pain always disappears after an hour or two, and never happens unless I ejaculate. I don't understand this at all because it only happens once in a while, and there is no common factor to relate it happening to sex and masterbation (as far as material objections like latex etc). It seems like there might be some slight swelling during this period of 1-2 hours also."

In my case, the pain has happened ever since I was a teenager a few times a week.  I actually only experienced it the last few years a handful of times, which almost made me forget about it, but now its happening every day with no change in my lifestyle/sexlife/diet. Anyone?

ok i read up on the problem because i have it too. it seems to happen after i have sex and i need to take a fat ****. it has to do with the semen that is still inside your penis when you go to the bathroom as the semen and **** mix inside your wang they cause stinging to the lining of the inside of the penis which causes the feeling of pain in the tip of your penis. as you pee the pain subsides as it would when drinking water after eating a hot pepper but the pain returns as soon as the liquid is throw your penis. it last as long as 15-45min after sex or ejaculation. but no worries the only harm this causes you body is the stinging you feel other then that your A - OK to stop this from happening try pee'ing 30 min to an hour before or after you have sex or ejaculate. I hope this helps cause it bugged me for years. lol still douse when i am drunk ; )   safe Sex ahhhhh... just kidding ya

Update. I did a heavy metal test and I have REALLY high amounts of lead in my body, and mercury, it's the only thing they found.
I have to go once a week for five weeks and have an IV put in for an hour and a half that's going to fill me with stuff that gets rid of lead.
If it helps at all I will let everyone know.

I have the same thing for about 8 years now, and it's gotten worse over the years.  I know that I have tried almost everything except kegel exercises and the holding it in till you can't any longer.
I stopped drinking caffeine, got on a better diet, I masturbate only 1 or 2 times a week for the most part.

One of my problems is I have to pee a lot, more often than most people so I like to pee RIGHT before I start anything, otherwise I usually have to pee in the middle of jerkin it, partly because I worry that I am going to have to pee so much that I do, like when someone tells you not to cough and then you feel like you have to immediately.

It happens to me about 50% of the time. Usually if I have to pee within 5 minutes after ejaculating it burns even if I don't pee.

These are all the things I've personally thought it could be from.

1. I have a problem peeing in public, "shy bladder". As a result there has been loads of times that I pushed out my pee forcefully, and I mean PUSHED. but doctors say "no".

2. I once (shortly before the problem started) did the classic zip up the goods after peeing, and I got it BAD, right in the tip, I could easily have some scar tissue. but doctors say "no".

3. STD, but nope, clean as a whistle.

4. I randomly will have really cloudy pee at random times a day, and if looked at RELLY closely you can see little pieces of something white floating around, and it BURNS like hell after I'm done, I got it tested and it wasn't jiz bits like I thought, it was phosphate crystals, THOUSANDS of em, but the top urologist in L.A. said that that wouldn't cause pain in any way and isn't a problem, ( doesn't make ANY sense to me, I thought we had figured it out)

I've gone to at least 6 doctors and 4 urologists about both of those problems with no results.

My most recent doctor is some hobby gobby guy, that I kind of feel is full of ****, but my mom insisted I give it a shot, and he said I have Reverse T3 ( Wilson's Syndrome ) and very low vitamin D levels.
( I also somehow have mono chillin' inside of me )
His solution is to have me drinking Asparagus extract tea every morning ( ******* grossest **** ever ) and taking all these homeopathic things and vitamin D pills.
Not a damn thing has changed, that was 6 months ago, but I have to admit I haven't been consistent with it, mostly because it's gross and I kind of think it's bull ****.

I had a cysto and they said everything is all good. ( worst experience of my life EVER by the way )

So now I've kind of lost hope, I think that I screwed up my Giz/Pee switch from pushing my pee out so many times and the phosphate crystals are from a lack of vitamin D. and since my urethra is so damn worked and scared and chaffed on the inside from all of this the crystals hurt like a ******* when they weren't supposed to.

But I'm glad I found this forum, first thing I've heard of other people having a lot of the same problems.

Wow!  This post bringsback BBAADDDD memories

I had this problem for years.  Long before ever drinking alcohol or having sex. I found the answer about 3 years ago and haven't had the problem since which is GREAT since it used to happen at least once or twice a month.  Just clamp down with the kegel muscle and don't ejaculate until the orgasm spasms stop.  ie Hold it in till you can't hold it in anymore.  This has the effect of making  the orgasm last longer and feel better.  It also gives your "plumbing" plenty of time to get setup.

Like I said, its cured me.  Good luck.
