Pinched Nerve?

Recently I have felt tingling in both my knees, and the tingling extends down to my feet.  I also have some tingling in my pinky on my left hand.  I also have a dull ache where my chest meets my right arm.  Could this be because of a pinched nerve?  Recently I have been overusing my body and have been lifting heavy things.  I am only 15 years old, but it annoys me.  I really don't feel the tingling when I walk or stand up.  The tingling and aching is relieved when I take a hot shower, but not for long.  HELP PLEASE

I  think the reason nobody has responded to you is because you are underage for this site. You really need to talk to your parents about this. If you try to diagnose yourself, you'll just scare yourself.

UPDATE: I also seem to have some soreness in my tailbone, and I think that is the main problem of my legs tingling.  Any second opinions?

"I also have a dull ache where my chest meets my right arm."

CORRECTION: the ache I am experiencing is not really where my chest meets my right arm, it's more the upper part of my biceps in my right arm that ache, and that ache radiates to where my right arm meets my back...
