Please, Antibiotics? Abscess (drained) now rash forming above it. Cellulitis?

Please tell me if this needs antibiotics, that is an ( =like 1" across and was 1" high) abscess that was drained, that is a weird rash that I think might be cellulitis? on the top is one that formed with it at the same time and is now just a scar and a hard lump. Before them I had 1 in the middle of the armpit like lymph node area and that lasted a week and disappeared, then a few days later those 2 formed, and it's been 7 or 8 days since then. It has cetaphil on it in the picture, explaining the white lotion stuff...

Please someone tell me. My insurance plan doesn't start until July 1st, tonight is the 23rd, can I make it until then to see a doctor to get antibiotics? What should I do? Paying out of pocket would hurt badly right now, too expensive... Please someone with knowledge help me!

I have no fever, no cold, no temperature, no fatigue, it doesn't hurt 98% of the time. the rash is not noticeably hot to the touch like I read on the internet cellulitis is...  It smelled bad yesterday, and hurt and was irritated, I had been using too frequently H2O2 and isopropyl and too frequent washing but stopped and that seemed to make an improvement.

Pleeeaase Help. Do I need antibiotics? Can I make it 8 more days until my plan starts to see a doctor and get prescribed.
I'm taking every immune boosting supplement on the market just about, in hopes to fight off/ prevent the spread myself if I can, will that help get rid of it or prevent spread? (Echinacea, elderberry, garlic extract, 1k vitamin C x 3, zinc absorbent 50mg, vit E, iron 25mg, probiotics, cranberry extract, among 10 other things)
I was on a really tough diet for almost 2 months, very low calorie intake, might have lowered my immune system to allow the infection in the first place??

If I were you, I would go to one of those urgent care places and have a doctor look at it and prescribe for you. They usually give you a little time to pay, like a month or so. It seems like waiting for another week would not be very safe. Last time I had cellulitis I went to one of the urgent-care walk-in clinics, and the charge for all care and the antibiotics was about $150, and they billed me rather than requesting payment right then.
