Please help. I know something is wrong.. but .. no one can figure it out...Test results also

Well>. i went to a RA Specialist.. who without doing any bloodwork.. diagnosed me wit RA, then gave me an RX for Methotrexate, and folic acid.  SHe then had me get my blood drawn..( 9 vials)  >> and that was about it.

I got my test results today... they are as follows:

ALL CBC is normal.
SED rate is Normal.. with a result of 15 ref range 0-20
ALl urea Nitrogen, Creatinine and GFR est is NORMAL
URINE is normal.
all bun.creat ratio, potassium, chloride, etc etc is NORMAL
Vitamin B12 and Folate B-12 is 816 Ref range 243-894
Folate is 10.4 with ref range >7.2
ANA screen w/rflx to titer is negative
hep B surface, sjoren's hep c antibody ALL NEGATIVE AND NON REACTIVE
Sm/RNP antibodies w.RFLX sm AB is NEGATIVE
C3 COMPLEMENT COMPONENT is 135 Ref range 90-180
C4 COMPLEMENT COMPONENTis 34 with ref range 16-47
dsDNA antibody NEGATIVE
CYCLIC CITRULLINATED PEPTIDE
CCPANtibody IgG<8 ref range <17
CCP result NEGATIVE

Sm Antibody NEGATIVE

Vitamin D 23 ... its low.. but its rising.. the last one was 11.  ref range 30-100.

here is my quandry... my regular CRP is NORMAL 3.1  ref range <8.0
BUT, my CRP HS is HIGH.. 8.9 Ref range 0-0.1

I am confused.. where do i go from here? why would my CRP be normal.. yet my CRP hs be so high??? the doctor says that she doesnt care about the CRP hs.. because she told me that ( b efore i had my blood drawn) that since my CRP hs was high.. that my CRP would be high as well.. and well.. its NOT.

this is the third HIGH CRP hs and 4th CRP normal i have gotten.

I Hurt so much. I dont know what to do anymore.

i also just got my holter results back.. they counted 900 PAC's during a 24 hour period.. my cardio says not to worry... that this is ok . PVC's were noted as RARE. Pleaes note that I did not have ANY PAC's on my last holter which was 6 years ago.. i was told that stress plays a large part to this though.

something is going on.. i can feel it.. i hurt so bad. they  have ruled out Lupus as well.. ruled out valley fever..
the endo i go to is awesome.. and assured me that the high CRP hs has NOTHING to do with my Hashimotos..

i am scared.. and dont know where to turn.. any advice.. any suggestions.. would be greatly appreciated.!!!
Ps.. I have also for about a week been experiencing loose stool...

What a relief to find this site and all your postings. My symptoms began about 6 mos. ago with recurring burning, tearing pain in my left index finger end joint when extending my arm and bending the finger, usually while reaching for something or picking something up. The pain is excruciating. Amazing how many others are experiencing this. It has coincided with increasing pain and weakness in both basal thumb joints, severly limiting my hand dexterity and strength. I am a 65 yr. old woman in good physical condition otherwise, but was diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia in 1992. I have been tested for Lymes twice and both times resutls were negative. NSAIDS have kept my symptoms under control until the last year or so - now they no longer work. I've been told that surgery can improve the basal thumb joint weakness, but it looks like we just have to live with adhesions and tearings of the scar tissue around old injuries. From this site it seems like these symptoms are widespread enough that there would more information out there, doesn't it?

get checked for Lymes.  All above symptoms are Lymes and If you have them all, you prob have Lymes and a coinfection.

"Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off could also be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency"

Notice he NEVER mentioned Lymes disease. Get the IGENEX lymes western blot and coinfection tests done. labcorp and Quest miss 90% of these diagnosis because its an INTRACELLULAR BACTERIAL CHRONIC INFECTION.  It's INSIDE your cells, your immune system does not see it, so you will show no antibodies.

My symptoms were exactly like yours.  I have Lymes and am being treated.  The above doctor is telling you what he has learned in school, but he knows almost nothing about infectious Mycoplasmal bacteria.  Lymes is pleomorphic, it can change shape from mycoplasma to spirochetal to cystic.  Contact ILADS and research why Lymes is probably the most missdiagnosed illness and undertreated.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
A high CRP HS usually indicates a heart pathology provided you are absolutely healthy. If CRP is normal then the possibility of a heart pathology is more or less ruled out. If diabetes status and lipid profile are normal, then the high CRPHS is due to inflammation. This can be due to low Vit D also and this can also be the cause of body aches.
Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off could also be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. It can also be due to sleep related disorders. In women it can be due to hormonal disturbances related to PCOD/menopause.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
