A normal potassium range, or a reference range, for an adult is 25 to 125 milliEquivalents per liter (mEq/L) per day. If it is above 125 then your kidney and adrenal glands become vulnerable. You may feel nauseous and fatigued. But if your vital signs are okay, then it doesnt seem to be a big problem. Anxiety, excess stress, consciousness regarding your health can lead to panic attacks, that in turn leads to dizziness, lightheaded, state of confusion, trembling, vision changes, nausea.
Did you say you have high potassium? If so this could cause irregular heart beat. You won't always see this on an EKG. You may need to get a 24 hour monitor done to see it. But high potassium may be due to a kidney problem and or diabetes or both. You need to pursue this with your doctor. The blood in the urine would also be a sign of kidney problems or kidney infection.
Hi,
Your symptoms sound like panic/anxiety attacks. If the doctor can not help, then I suggest a chiropractor. Believe it or not, if neck vertebrae are misaligned or pinched, you can have these symptoms.
